I have for sale 2 military Platoon Early Warning Systems (PEWS) AN-TRS/2 anti-intrusion sets. Each set comes with the field bag, 5 sensor transmitters, 1 radio receiver, earphone and harness, cable switch/termination box (for running the system in hard-wired rather than radio mode), antennas (for both the remote transmitters and the receiver), and transmitter stakes. One set operates in the 139.25MHz band the other in the 141.1MHz band. Both the transmitters and the receiver use standard 'square' 9v batteries. The system detects and discriminates between personnel and vehicle movement in the vicinity of the sensors/transmitters and sends a code back to the receiver identifying the transmitting sensor and whether the intrusion was a person or vehicle as well as an alert tone. The receiver retains messages allowing you to scroll back in order to track an intrusion across the sensor field. The system is designed to be quickly setup and taken down and is simple to operate. This is an ideal perimeter security system for survival or wilderness situations. These sets are exceedingly difficult to find in any condition --- working or not. I dare you to find one. Mine are in very good condition --- for military outdoor gear --- and are operating as they are supposed to. Don't let these get away. You won't find another one.
