GF2 metal detector slighty used with new CORS Scout 12.5"x8.5" DDÂ Search Coi - $220 - (Philippi, WV)

I only used this detector in the yard and don't like it.I bought a new CORS Scout 12.5"x8.5" DDÂ Search Coil for it but still cant get use to all the sounds. The discriminate starts at 10 but if I turn it up to 20 or more it is alot smoother. No Manual but can download a T2 manual. Q: Hi. I have the same detector and was having a terrible time ground balancing it until I came across the You tube video form Unearthed UK Ltd entitled "A quick demo: Teknetics T2 ground balance and Frequency shift settings demo." I tried a NEL sharpshooter with the factory settings and still got the same ridiculous chatter as with the stock coil. But, with the settings of Sensitivity 25 and Discrimination zero the detector ground balances fine. After ground balancing, I can increase the sensitivity to 85 or higher with no problem. The frequency shift to setting 4 works best for me. Try these settings and see if they work for you. Or, tell your buyer about this video. JeffFeb-10-17 Lower US shipping only. Thanks for looking
