Garrett PD6500i Walk Through Metal Detector "As Is" - $900 - (Richmond, OH)

I tried powering this up, a couple sets of red LED lights illuminate on the sides, and the display lights up green, but there are no words on it. The keypad doesn't seem to respond to pushing the buttons. I don't have the keys for this. I'm not familiar with this, I may be doing something wrong trying to power it up? Happy to check out anything for you or provide any additional information.
