This is the revision coin that marks the re-facing of the die pair. This coin has fresh re-facing polish lines all over both OB and Rev dies. The coin looks like a heavy clashing of the die pair was removed, or is the main reason for the re-facing. Part of the OB lip area can be seen on the reverse of the coin around the wreath. This coin is the earliest post polishing example of the VAM-18, formally known as VAM-18a I have seen or been informed about! This also the finest graded example of both the VAM-18 and VAM-18a
