Vintage African Clarinet or Wind Instrument Nigeria? - $1,000 - (Canaan, CT)

The body is bamboo, the horn and mouthpiece is bronze, cowrie shells in beeswax with leather lacing and long leather fringe. The horn is 26" long. There is a small loop on horn where some type of embellishment hung. Look at the pictures closely, I have tried to give an accurate representation of all aspects of this interesting instrument.
