Elaborately decorative large Letter “L” Elaborately decorative large Letter “P” Property and land in *Hough Upon Hill, Gelston, Lincolnshire, on vellum in a type of court script with a decorated border with Tulips for which there was a craze for during this period, Release and enfeoffment Anthony Tredwey of Hough on the Hill, esq., George Tredwey of the same,gent, Hugh Brokesby of Gelston, baker, and John Pullen of the same, tailor, Henry Hall of Grantham, gent and William Thornton of Grantham, gent. Cottages and land in *Hough on the Hill and Gelston with cowgates in the cottagers' plot in Gelston, full bounds given, described for the purposes of a proposed fine as nine messuages, seven acres of pasture, and common of pasture. “Nyne Messuages Seaven acres of pasture and Common of pasture for Seaven Cowes with the appurtanences in Lough upon the Hill Gelston” Conditions: Henry Hall to be tenant and to suffer a recovery by William Thornton, who was to hold the property to the use, as to specified portions, of Anthony and George Tredwey, Hugh Brokesby and John Pullen.
