Monumental MAJOLICA BARBOTINE 19 th cent. bird, nest, flowers vase urn - $1,199 - (Middletown, CA)

Here we have an outstanding representation of French Majolica of the 19th century. It is HUGE 30+ pounds! 14" by 14" . These do not come along often at all. The birds and plants applied to the body create a wonderland of colors and textures. There are several places of chips and loss, which is common in old majolica.
