ANTIQUE japanese bronze dragon vase 23 LBS - $1,500 - (Corinth, VT)

Very old Japanese bronze vase with a gold gild dragon this thing is very heavy and big !! around 23 lbs. and 14 3/8" tall. It has a base that comes off (it was made that way) there is wear to the gold color . I was told it is very old. I won this at the auction NOT CHEAP !! The wife said her husband came home from the war with it and said something like pre-Meiji or something like that. Please judge for yourself. The shipping cost could be very wrong !! If it seems wrong let me know or I will refund you if it is less . If it cost more I will cover it.
