CALENDAR 1926 SNOW SCENE Church GERMAN Buck WINDMILL Deer SUPERIOR Wisconsin OLD For Sale: One vintage 1926 calendar. Deeply embossed with snowy scene highlighted with vibrant color and some sparkling snow and with a foldout lock-in pocket. Proud buck with lady friend gazes at adorable little church and a windmill graces the background skyline. Advertisers SUPERIOR COMMISSION Co. of Superior Wis are named on pocket face. 'MADE IN GERMANY' can be seen with raised lettering on bottom edge right of calendar pad. Calendar pad has a stiched binding and is stapled to heavy cardstock panel. Has a hole in center top for wall hanging. size..................... approx 19 x 14 inches condition............. very very good...believed to be complete - but may have had an optional base. Overall very clean with good color and detail. The pocket shelf appears to have never been used. It has lost some flexibility on the tabs and the left tab has a light fracture from folding (see photo with black pointer).
