Up for auction is this beautiful Inuit bull Walrus carving. It was carved out of Serpentine stone by Simeonie Amagoalik from Resolute, Nunavut Territory, Canada in 1999 and it is signed. It measures 6 ½” long x 3” wide x 3 ½” high and weighs in at 2 ½ pounds. FYI, gemstone quality serpentine (antigorite) is often referred to as ‘noble serpentine’ or ‘precious’ serpentine.
