ANTIQUE SILVER PLATE SALT CELLAR WITH DAGGER LEGS - $49 - (Jessieville, AR)

ANTIQUE SILVERPLATE SALT CELLAR. Very unique design with the three legs styled as curved daggers and a six pointed Star of David on the base. The underside of base has the numbers 1299. There is much design all over, with a Middle East feel. The origin is speculation, but my grandparents lived in Beirut in the early 1920's and this cellar was probably acquired at that time. Measures 1.75 inch diameter and 1.50 inch high. Base is 1.50 inch diameter. The cellar shows it's age, slightly out-of-round. Some wear on inside, and the base has a few pitted areas. Please examine the photos for exact condition!
