Zeiss Ikon Nettax vintage 35mm camera, lens Jena Tessar 2,8/50mm & case - $650 - (Kansas City, MO)
For sale vintage Zeiss Ikon Nattax body # C86531 (rare, only 3000 manufactured in 1930's, gotten in Germany WWII), Tessar 1:2.8 f=5cm Carl Zeiss Jena No. 1873465 interchangeable lens, and original leather case. Camera is in good shape for as old as it is. Leather is not worn badly, it has a few dimples on the back and one on the front. Lens has slight haze, as you can see in the handheld picture. Those are not scratches, but the veins of the leaf in background. Lens does not have dust, scratches, separation. Focus ring works (though stiffly) and rangefinder, which has haze, nevertheless still focuses perfectly. Lens removes easily from camera body. Shutter is not working. Counter working, before the shutter stopped I tested it. Advance works when shutter is not hung-up. Shutter, which is up, seemed in decent shape visually. Camera could use a cleaning and shutter repair. Finder, which is separate from rangefinder, is hazy, but can still see good enough to compose. Slight dent in metal holding finder and rangefinder, does not effect either. Includes: camera, lens and case.
