30" Brass Tray Dragon or Serpent? Birds Monkey Tiger Hong Kong Beautiful! - $330 - (Friendship, WI)

Please take your time with all the photo's.This is a very unique tray.I am no expert but I have not quit seen one like this.I am not sure if the center engraving is a dragon,serpent or ??? Tray is in an excellent used antique condition with a beautiful patina and some spots of blue green verdigris.No warping.Please ask any questions you may have before bidding/purchasing.Thanks you.
