You just put a safety pin on your outfit from the back so that the bar part is outside and clip it to that bar :) You can also clip it over a silver chain or a ribbon and wear it as a pendant. NOTICE TO BUYERS: I have collected costume jewelry for over 30 years, and privately owned costume jewelry for about 50, yes, gasp, 50.
