Noritz NRC111DV Tankless Direct Vent Gas Hot Water Heater - $850 - (Troy, MO)

In used condition, Noritz tankless direct vent gas water heater was rebuilt in 2016. The only issue we had was one that was the result of placement on a cold basement concrete wall. During the coldest part of winter, it pulled cold air from outside of home causing the exchanger to ice, which then resulted in a minor but noticeable leak at unit. As of 2/15/17 it was providing hot water as needed but water was dripping at right corner base of unit as the exchanger had froze again according to plumber.
