1994, hardcover with dj and mylar cover. clean tight copy, 627 pages. Photos, lists of makers and retailers. DJ has horizontal wrinkle on front under mylar wrapper. Upper right corner of first 50 pages or so has slight bend. Small square on flyleaf shows traces of glue residue likely from an owner bookplate that was removed.
