Charles Spencelayh Countess Of Norfolk Oil Portrait Painting 1923 - $2,800 - (San Rafael, CA)
I purchased this painting 4 years ago from an antique store in Toledo, Ohio. The owner had the painting for about 6 years hanging in his house. He had purchased it from an estate in Detroit, MI. When I brought the painting to Califoria, I had an art restorer from the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco give the painting a touch up. The painting comes with a a letter from Arthur Stewart, a gallery/ auction house in London. In the bottom left corner it is sign C. Spencelayh 1923 I believe the portrait is of Gwendolen of Norfolk but I'm not 100% sure.
