You are looking at a pre-owned Vintage Corning Ware 9” Pie Plate Dish P-309 Cornflower Blue Pattern USA.  This dish is in very nice condition.  The blue cornflowers look nice on the white background.  The bottom of the pan reads: P-309,  9 X 1 ¼ inch, range and microwave, U.S.A. ( the one photo was taken with a reflection so that the writing would be more visible).
