For Sale : One New Point to Point, Hand Wired Princeton Reverb Amp in a Vintage Cabinet.This is a new amp in a vintage cabinet. The cabinet is a 1968 solid pine, fixed speaker baffle, with removable grill. The cabinet is in extremely good condition with only a few light, minor scuffs on the front edge.The grill is new ( made here at Lightning Music) with aged black/ white/ silver cloth and a new logo. The Accutronics Reverb tank is new. The Jensen C12Q speaker is new. The amp chassis and everything attached to it is new. It is the Fender AA 1164 circuit. The face plate is a Re-issue.The transformers are Heyboer (made in Michigan, USA). The capacitors are Sprague and CTE Orange Drops. The resistors are vintage style carbon composition. Switchcraft plugs and jacks, Carling switches, and CTS pots. I have fabricated a brass grounding plate and installed it under all the the pots and inputs, just like the originals. All components are artistically wired with vintage style cloth covered wire. This amp has been inspected, tested and scoped. The chassis houses point to point circuitry, artistically hand wired by Rick Bisciotti at Lightning Music. Tubes included are all new JJ/Tesla: 1- ECC81(12AT7), 3- ECC83 (12AX7), 2- 6V6, and 1- GZ34.I have also eliminated the ground switch, since it is not necessary with the modern grounded power cord. In its place I have installed a standby switch; a nice feature that was not installed on the originals. This is a new, Blackface Princeton Reverb Amp, just like the originals for HALF THE PRICE, without the issues caused by 50 year old parts!A parts lists, schematic, and layout are included inside the amp.The amp will be shipped USPS Priority Mail and Insured.Returns are accepted with a 25% restocking charge, if returned in its original condition and original packaging.
