The marks look like WM HERING NY HESTER, WH HORN & BRO, SNELL & ATHERTON, PINA, MC  A1411, H New York 78, H New York 54, A.MIJAS 1, 1.  These are pre-owned, and they are in vintage condition, they have rust on them, the handles have some cracks, they have some wear, please look at all the photos for description as they are a large part of the description.
