Vintage WEIGHTED SILK Sewing Fabric 4½ Yards Pink/Purple CHINESE DRAGON PHOENIX - $32 - (Pittsburgh, PA)

Up for auction we have this beautiful yardage of estate-rescued, unused weighted silk fabric. There are 4 1/2 yards of this fabric! It is 33” wide. The pattern is stunning!There are round patterns that are 2 1/4” in diameter - each has a chinese dragon or phoenix.In between there bamboo, cherry blossoms & other flowers.The fabric weighs approx 1lb. This is a gorgeous fabric! As this is silk and is so shiny it was hard to capture the detailed colors close up. Pictures 1 & 7 of the bulk fabric show the most accurate colors. The background is a light pink/lilac. The patterns on the fabric are a purple color. This is in very good vintage condition. There are no rips or tears. As you can see in picture 8 the last 5 inches of the fabric are unevenly cut. The last picture shows there are a few very light spots of discoloration.
