Vintage Rigby Cloth Stripping Machine cutter head RB 1 - $50 - (Alpha, IL)

Up for sale is this vintage rigby strip cutter. It has some surface rust on the presser wheel and a wing nut. Should clean off the wheel. The RB 1 cutter head has no rust. Good usable condition
