We recommend our regular Priority Mail shipping as the fish will usually arrive in 2-3 days and Express Shipping usually takes a couple of days so there is very little difference in delivery time and Express Shipping is much more expensive.Our fish are shipped in an insulated box with a heat pack if needed. The fish are packaged in a special Breather Bag which requires no air so the fish don’t get sloshed around during shipping. These bags should not be floated in your aquarium as the fish will not be able to breath inside the bag. Acclimatizing the fish via the drip method works much better.If there are any DOAs, please send a couple of clear pics of the fish in the bag as well as out of the bag in a bowl ***within 2 hours*** of USPS arrival using the ebay message system.
