Photos are of the item you will receive. Cosmetic Condition This item is in good cosmetic condition with some minor cosmetic wear from normal use. There are no significant scuff marks or scratches on the item. Testing We used the included software installation disk to install the SmartView Software. We then set up the camera, connecting the arm to the base and the camera to the arm. After that we plugged the camera into our computer using the 2 included USB cables. When we opened up the smart view software we were able to see the video from the camera. We were able to test all functions including zoom, contrast, brightness, and colors. We took a screenshot of the video which is in the pictures. We believe that this item is fully functional.
