From an Estate is this 1916 copy of THE BEGINNING OF MASONRY by Frank C. Higgins. I believe this is a First Edition of the soft cover book. The book is 128 pages of a collection of Forty papers on the Hidden Mysteries of Ancient Freemasonry, reprinted from the Masonic Standard.From the photos you can see that the book has some condition issues. The cover has some tears on the front, back and the binding end. You can also see that there is some water damage to the inside pages. It does NOT affect the readability of the book. The water damage decreases as you go through the book. The metal staples have some rust on them. The binding itself is very tight. I am not a book dealer or expert and these conclusion are based upon my research. Please do your own to confirm. International shipping is at a higher cost to be determined by your location.
