Dean Z-series (Czech-made) w/ OHSC and Pickup upgrades! Electronics functional; the pickups have been replaced by a Seymour-Duncan Dimebucker in the bridge position and a Bill Lawrence L-500Rhythm in the neck position. There are some dings present on the side of the body and the side of the headstock; There is a chip in the finish on the back of the body, as well as some belt buckle wear. The original pickups will be shipped in the case with the guitar. The guitar has a scale length of 24 3/4", so very friendly for chording; The pickups have been replaced by high-output dual-blade humbuckers in the vein of Dimebag Darrell. This Czech-made Dean is a great player, and dishes out some really thick yet cutting tones when played with high gain, and harmonics truly shine. A great guitar for anyone into rock or metal, yet has a unique bite that lends itself to a surprisingly articulate clean/crunch tone. If you don't like the blade pickups, put the originals back in.
