THIS IS----a vintage tin wind-up working vehicle, with (plaster or ceramic man), NOTE the wind up works but the treads are brittle and hard, so they dont turn when the axel and "wheel" turns, there is some scratching on the front piece as shown, the Key, although old is not original to the toy as it is marked WEE-KIN England, while the toy is CKO and made in Us zone Germany. the little man is very clean and sits on the front car in the seat. SO COOL the scale behind the item is in inches.
