Pair of Striped Damask Accent Drapery Panels with Festoons & Bullion Fringe Trim - $950 - (Roanoke, VA)
We have just completed a renovation, and are trying to eliminate the excess "stuff" we have in our storage rooms. I will be listing a lot of different items over the next few weeks ... nice clothing, accessories, designer fabric remnants, extra lighting, extra plumbing fixtures, tile ... the list goes on. Please check out my other auctions -- I will do my best to list everything as quickly as possible. This is a beautiful pair of drapery panels, with festoons that will frame your beautiful view without obscuring it. These were custom made in a professional workroom, and have traditional pinch pleats, and are lined and inter-lined. The fabric came from a designer's showroom in Washington DC, and has a beautiful subtle sheen. The festoons are cut precisely to the pattern of the fabric, and are trimmed with a heavy bullion fringe to add contrast. The festoons clip to the rod carriers on each side, so they are easily removed if you want a more streamlined look. Please note that these panels were designed to "accent" the window, not draw completely across, so if you want to cover your entire window, it would have to be narrow one. I used them as they are staged in the first photo, and they were used only briefly, so there is no noticeable fading to the fabric or lining. I hung these up in my office area for these photos only -- they have been stored on drapery hangers, and wrapped in tissue. I do a lot of home staging, and I have accumulated a lot of accessories that I am trying to pare down. I paid around $2,000 in labor and materials for these at trade pricing, so this is a great deal!
