Antique C1870-80 Leghorn Straw Ladies Tiny Top Hat Nice Condition Silk Ribbon - $150 - (Winterport, ME)

Antique C1870-80, Possibly Earlier, Ladies Leghorn Straw Tiny Top Hat in Nice Condition It measures about 11 1/2" by 10 3/4" and is 3 1/2" deep, inner circumference is 15 1/4". It was designed to sit on the top of the head. It has a brown silk satin ribbon, a muslin lining, and a paper tag which reads Merrill 125. The straw has a nice patina, color a bit richer than my photos. Condition is very good. There is a faint stain as shown in the last photo, probably from moisture. Very little wear or other problems. Found recently here in Maine Guaranteed as described. Maine residents must provide copy of their Annual Resale Certificate or pay 5.5% sales tax. Customs documents will reflect the purchase price.
