Vtg MANI-YACK Iron On Transfer STANLEY STEAMER 1963 NOS Sealed Never Used - $30 - (San Francisco, CA)

Welcome to my listing for an unused vintage iron-on transfer from the MANI-YACK line produced by the Kaumagraph Co. Toy Division of New York, with a copyright date of 1963. Part of a series of blood-shot-eyeballed, exaggerated "crazy monster" designs in the spirit and style of Rat Fink and Hot Rod art in that era, this iron-on features "Stanley Steamer" in red, yellow and black, and measures about 7 by 8 inches. There are instructions printed on the packaging. The transfer is still in its original packaging, which is stapled shut, and thus the transfer has never been used. The transfer paper is a bit yellowed with age, but the transfer design itself looks fine, not cracked or chipped or damaged. Since it's so old I cannot guarantee in any way that it will still work as an iron-on. (However, it's one of a boxful that I bought in the mid-1980s, and I had good results THEN using one of these transfers to decorate a t-shirt!)
