Rare Artwork of Kane County Illinois Portfolio - $625 - (Hinckley, IL)

Artwork of Kane Co. IL 1916. First printing folio published in 9 parts housed in the original slipcase with ties. Each of 9 parts is bound in a brown paper cover and has 6 -7 Gravure photographs of historic homes, buildings, parks, and landscapes from the areas of Aurora, Batavia, Elgin IL. Each page has a tissue cover. This type of book is very rare. It is in good condition, some wear to slip case but complete with the 9 parts and photos in great condition.
