Being offered from a recent local estate, is this Vintage 1950's Karl Griesbaum Singing Bird Box Automaton. Completely mechanical in nature, the spring wound "Going Barrel" powers the bellows and cams that drive the bird to sing and move. Automaton Bird Turns, Moves Wings, Tail, & Beak in Synchronicity with Realistic bird like song! It is in Good Condition and functions as designed! The case is excellent with only very minor wear from use, and the mechanism was recently serviced. Bird needs to be refeathered. No Key Included.
