Stainer Violin with 3 Bows and Case (Charles Herbrig repaired) - $699 - (Edwards, CO)

Here is a Stainer marked violin that has a tag that says it was Repaired by Charles Herbrig Violin Maker St. Paul, Minn. More info on Charles Herbrig is shown at the bottom. It is in very good condition, 23 1/2 in long and 7 3/4 in wide at the widest. Comes with 3 bows. One is marked Germany and then something after that but I can't make it out. Another one has a mark but again I can't make out what it says. The third one doesn't show any markings. 29 1/4 in. 66g, 29 in. 61g and 28 3/8 in. 55 g long. The case is in good condition. Please look at all the picture to see everything included. Charles Herbrig Violin maker (c. 1884 – 1959) A German-born maker whose father made organs and violins. Started violin making in 1908. Moved to the USA and established a shop in St. Paul in 1922. His last instrument is dated 1956. Made about 75 instruments but also several bows, which are stamped 'CHAS. E. HERBRIG.'
