CASmate-Pro disks books dongle set considered by SAI to be Flexisign 6 for purposes of upgrade to FlexiSign 12 Books, floppies, VHS, and dongle for CASmate-pro. I spoke with Flexi’s (SAI) support folks and they tell me: “ID# (number on dongle) is FlexiSign 6 and to upgrade to FlexiSign 12 it would be either $795 license upgrade or $49.95/monthly subscription” and that upgrades can be done directly though them. In other words, according to the manufacturer, rather than pay $1695 for a full version of FlexiSign 12, you can use this dongle to save $900 by purchasing the upgrade. Flexisign's customer service is great, and if you have any problems installing the software on your computer, they will walk you through it. My read is that they are considering all old software to be equivalent to FlexiSign 6 for the purposes of upgrading at a discount. Number on the dongle is legible but not shown here for obvious reasons. Because a customer service tech at Flexi (SAI) verified that this legal, licensed software and the dongle was able to pass onto a new owner, there are no returns or refunds.
