Reproduction Vintage 1960's Japanese Market Barbie Chair - $125 - (Camp Hill, PA)

This listing is for a reproduction of a vintage 1960's Japanese market Barbie chair. I made it for my personal collection several years ago. It is based on a photo of a chair from a Japanese Barbie booklet that was shown in the wonderful Barbie in Japan book. The photo is quite small and I've never seen the actual vintage chair in person.... so this chair is entirely my interpretation. The seat and legs are painted wood. The back is painted wire. The blue cushion is removable. I have shown my chair next to a vintage Barbie Fashion Shop chair for size/height comparison. The chair is completely hand made. It is sturdy, but not indestructible... so handle it with care. I'm not claiming that it is perfectly authentic or flawless. I no longer collect Barbie and thought perhaps another collector might enjoy having this chair in their collection. Making it was rather time consuming and tedious, so if it doesn't sell, I will gladly keep it. No odors and from a smoke free environment. Payment is due immediately at time of purchase.
