Optima PRE-PROGRAM CONTROLLERFrom Optima Lighting inc. This is an LED Par Can Controller. It was included with a set of lights I bought used. The seller said he never used it and there are no signs of usage. I'm not a lighting tech so I don't even know what it's for.....other than what it says on the box. If you can use it, It's a good deal.
