BESSIE DUDLEY of New York Vintage BLACK hat - $28 - (Dover, TN)

Here is a vintage ladies black wool hat by Bessie Dudley of New York. This hat came from an estate sle so I do not know if it is true vintage or not I acquired several and some of them I know to be vintage but this one I am not sure about. Hat has a few missing rhinestones.
