Late 1900s Antique Natural Rust Dyes Armenian Hereke Carpet from Istanbul .It comes within excellent pile condition for a collector or enthusiast and measures 6'5"x9'8". This stunning geometric Patterned Armenian Hereke rug is dated back to Ottoman Empire Era and was made by an Armenian weaver in Hereke Hill for her own use. It is of hand spun wool pile symmetrically hand knotted on solid cotton foundation on hand spun ivory hand spun wool wefts. This antique Hereke features intricate geometric patterns into field along with natural antique dyes. Priceless item to collect and listed for collectors.
