1968 Fender Bronco - $1,499 - (Montreal, QC)
*Sorry for the bad camera work (my main camera is dead) , finish is a nice deep dakota/fiesta red* Hi, here we have a REALLY nice, 1968 Bronco with minimal wear. Minimal dings, usual bucket swirls in the back, nice smooth "B" neck (no nicks) and a clean headstock (with small cigarette burn). Finish crazing is showing on headstock front and back. Frets are hardly broken-in. This is a closet/under the bed type guitar. I can't pretend it's mint but it's a fine, clean example for sure. The chrome is clean, trem works as it should. Pickup have been changed at one point for a dimarzio but have been changed back to the original "black bottom" pickup. You had both grey and black bottom in the mid to late 60's and the blacks are usually more coveted (I personally don't hear much of a difference) but pickup reads @ a nice 5.91k (which is on the "hotter" side for a bronco/mustang pickup) which make the tone less jangly/honky/hollow, therefore, much more usable. Not sure if the cts pots are original (job is super clean and looks the part), tone cap looks original. Comes with a nice, vintage Ovation case.
