Vintage/antique female mannequin - $2,991 - (Bowman, GA)

Female mannequin - bottom half. I think it is made of wood, (as seen in picture) but unsure what the coating on top of wood is. No dents or holes, but paint is peeling. Also, as pictured, it has a place for threaded rod for a stand on the back of the leg.
