WWII Military Radio Aircraft Receiver Bc-454-B Western Electric 3 to 6 mc ARC-5 - $80 - (Lorain, OH)

For sale is a BC-454-B wired 12Volt filament. It is missing the tube cover. Appearance is not the best but this radio is a strong receiver. Plenty of volume into high impedance headphones. This radio picked up SSB in my basement without any antenna. when my hand touched the antenna terminal I had to pull my headphones off because volume was loud. It is original inside, doesn't look repaired other than wired for 12Volt. Rectified 120V is what I use for the H.V. I tested before packaging the radio. package is larger than needed but packed well.
