This tile is being sold out of the personal collection of a former museum curator and will include a COA written and signed directly by him. Official description is as follows: Amazing large square-like shaped white LRSI OMS/RCS pod tile, Flown on OV-99 "CHALLENGER" six (Flights: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.) times. STS-6 (maiden voyage), STS-7, 8, 41-C & 41-G. Removed on (11/12/84) the 17th "flow" of the Space Shuttle Program at KSC. Tile comes with the original and "very rare" (KSC FORM 4-520 (4/83)) "Red Striped-Flown Hardware" Label. This tile is by far one of the most historical and aesthetically appealing tiles, to ever be offered, as white tiles rarely come available. Tile measures approximately 7.5" x 8.5" x 1.5".
