This is for a Large Rookwood Art Pottery Vase 1921 #2197 Mottled Purple Glaze. Approximately 8 in. tall, 9-1/2 in. wide from handle to handle, or 7-5/8 in. across not counting handles. Great condition, has some rust stain on inside, see also pictures. There are no crazing, chips, or cracks. Guaranteed old and authentic. We found this in an estate we were cleaning out. This is an art pottery double handled urn or vase with rare glaze and rare form. An unusually high fired gloss in mottled purple wow! It is dated 1921 and signed on the bottom RP for Rookwood.
