This is a beautiful antique Louis XVI full-sized bed with a unique cartouche, rare palm-frond finials, and gilding to accentuate the graceful carving. There are cross matched panels on both the head and footboard. It is all original with the exception of a small block on wood on the inside of one rail that is used for holding the box spring. It is in great condition for its age. It comes with a custom cut mattress and box spring which have seen minimal use.
