The spoon measures approximately 4 1/4". On the front it has the signature U.S. Navy's fouled anchor while on the back, it has USN (U.S. Navy). This particular pattern was introduced in the early 1900's & discontinued in the 1960's. There may be some tarnish on it in spots. I tried to clean it as best as I could. SHIPPING INFORMATION: 1.
