This auction is for a used Manfrotto 3229 Tilt Swivel tripod head. There are some light cosmetic scratches from normal use, but the head functions like new. Note that the speed plate is NOT included. Without the speed plate, you cannot mount a camera so please ensure that you have (or order separately) a quick release plate like this one: "Manfrotto 200PL Quick release plate" which is $14.95 from B&H photography supply.
