It is wood slat, in great condition, with minimal wear. It stands 23" tall, 12 1/2" wide on the seat and 13" front to back. It folds down nicely to 17" x 12 1/2" x 2" for easy storage. Very structurally sound. It is branded on the bottom of the seat with some letters in a triangle but I cannot make them out. A great vintage chair that has lots more use left in it!
