Vintage Handmade Dollhouse Folk Art White Green Chateau Cottage + Electric 1932? - $450 - (Sandwich, IL)

Vintage very cool and very large dollhouse with an unusual style and vibe....it has windows and doors that open and close but the roof does not open you must play with the house Through the Windows and Doors....the inside looks oddly realisticand I have tripped a few people with pictures of it saying it was a house I wanted to rehab....it does need a touch up work one of the rooms is badly painted....it has some furniture....it is electrified and has electric fixtures and lamps but it is untested as I do not have a cord...there are a couple rails that go on the pirch that need to be glued on.....it is very large and heavy and has an interesting stand made of sticks....it is,old and used but nice and the light fixture on the front porch says 1932 which may be the year made... ?? Or a replica of a house of that year. ..if you want more pictures send me a message. T measures 35 3/4x27x30.5" high. It is pick-up in the 60548 zip code only or delivery fir a fee.
