Hello & Welcome, being offered is a Antique Italian Hand Made Etched Sterling Silver Perfume/Scent Bottle measuring 2-1/8 inch long x 2 inch wide x 3/8 inch deep in nice condition except for one very tiny ding and some surface scratches. It is stamped, "Italy Hand Made 925" and weighs 31.4 grams I have been selling on Ebay since 2003 and am an honest seller that will be there for the bidder from the time of bidding until after the delivery of their order(s). Since I am a small seller, only selling on a part-time basis, returns cannot be accepted on a customer’s whim, because they decided they didn’t like the color, size or any other feature of the item(s). All listings have a non-return policy, however, they are guaranteed to be as described. I do my best to properly describe each item(s) that is being sold, however, sometimes honest mistakes are made and in those instances, a full refund will be made to the buyer as well as their return shipping cost. Shipping cost are never over inflated, the buyer only pays what it actually cost to ship the item(s) + a small packaging fee. On Buy-it-now sales, the shipping amount that is listed in the ad, is the exact amount that the buyer will be charged, however, auction or combined sales’ shipping cost will vary-see next paragraph.
