This is a surgical saw. There are wear marks on the casting where the handswitch attaches. Available paperwork shows the device was cleaned and sanitized on 11 Jan 2016. The device is obviously no longer sanitized due to my touching it. This device is sold AS IS. I can not check the internal working condition.
